Makes standard concrete over 700% more flexible
Waterproofing throughout the entire concrete volume improves resistance to hydrostatic pressure
Greatly reduces cracks related to drying and autogenous shrinkage
Substantially improves concrete durability and life cycle
Dramatically increases compressive and flexural strength, reduces permeability to increase the life of concrete
Macro Synthetic Fibers reduce shrinkage and settlement cracking, while enhancing residual strength, impact resistance, and durability of concrete
Made in the USA!
- 1.4 pounds
The Application rates are as follows:
(1) 1.4lb Perma Pak per (1) 80lb bag of concrete mix
*A standard concrete consisting of gravel, sand, and Portland cement should be used. Recommended use of 3000psi (or higher) strength concrete mix.
2. How do I mix Perma Pac?
First, empty your concrete mix into wheelbarrow or mixing trough. Next, empty the entire contents of Perma Pak and blend for 1 minute minimum. Once blended, add the water recommended by the concrete mix manufacturer. Mix to a thick, oatmeal consistency.
3. How do I perform installation using a Perma Pac mix?
Remove the bedding layer (sand, pea gravel, or chips) along the pavers edge prior to installation. Use a scoop shovel or transfer shovel to scoop the material and apply to the pavers edge. Use a hand trowel or concrete finishing trowel (standard 4in x12in recommended) to smooth along the pavers edge. Stay low on the paver and do not exceed 1/3 of the paver height from the bottom. Sand infill followed by compacting is recommended while the edge is wet for best results.
4. How much mix does a Perma Pack yield?
A 1.4lb pack of Perma Pak yields 18-26ft of edging depending on application.
